Growing up, my father managed a lumber company and taught me a lot about construction practices and quality work. That impact would eventually lead me to the home inspection industry. Doyenne is a 19th century word meaning “a woman who is the most respected or prominent person in a particular field”. I started Doyenne Inspections with that goal in mind – to gather a team of like minded, women/LGBTQ+ inclusive home inspectors who add our own particular (and needed) flair to the industry while focusing on being the most educated, thorough and tech savvy inspectors in the industry.
Buying a home is usually the largest investment you’ll make. The process can be intimidating at times, especially if you’re a first time home buyer, have had less than ideal experiences in the past or don’t know a lot about home systems and maintenance. I and my team are personally dedicated to making YOU a priority by setting expectations, clearly communicating and providing as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision.
